A table of contents for all my Mass Effect character builds. All these builds were tested on Insanity. Walkthrough of the vanilla game starting from level 1 is available for each build. Builds are sorted by the amount of fun I had when playing them
 

Mass Effect 3: Melee Infiltrator

Melee-only character utilizing the power of Sabotage backfire effect. Uses only Sabotage, grenades and melee strikes to destroy enemies.

Mass Effect 3: Cryo Vanguard

This build is focused on freezing entire groups of enemies and detonating Cryo explosions with Shockwave. Those enemies who are still alive are lifted by the Shockwave and are finished with Warp from Liara. Energy Drain helps to deal with shielded enemies.

Mass Effect 3: Prothean Soldier

 

This character is focused on maximizing the potential of Particle Rifle and to show the true power of Warp Ammo. Dark Channel allows to use the ammo's boost against primed targets while Weapons Master boosts its damage and Adrenaline Rush allows for longer periods of concentrated fire.

Mass Effect 3: Primal Adept

 

The raw might of biotics unleashed. Focus on crowd control with SIngularity and Shockwave capable of both priming and detonating all kinds of power combos.

Mass Effect 3: Deadshot Soldier

This build is focused on taking out targets quickly and precisely while taking as little hits as possible. Decoy is used to draw enemy fire and stop or distract melee enemies from coming too close, Adrenaline Rush is used to make two shots from Mantis in quick succession. Short duration of AR and low weight of the Mantis allow to execute this move quite frequently.

Mass Effect 3: Combat Adept

A powerhouse Adept character who relies not so much on constantly priming and detonating biotic explosions but on destroying enemies in a full frontal assault combining weapons, powers and grenades with squadmates.

Mass Effect 3: Stasis Sentinel

This character is focused on crowd control, healing and protecting squadmates. Tech Armor makes him hard to kill and Stasis bubble allows to control any non-boss enemy in the game.

What caused you to think up the Prothean Soldier? That actually looks really fun. That and Cryo Vanguard.

@Ithurael - three factors:
1. Warp Ammo - wanted to use it effectively for once. This led to Dark Channel and, therefore, Protheans.
2. Particle Rifle was a no brainer after point 1
3. After 1 and 2 only details were left

Nice! I honestly have never really touched Warp Ammo. Mostly stuck with Cryo or Incendiary (more on the latter). Do you have a similar page for MP builds? I have been on a Medieval Total War 2 binge for the past few months and I would like to see new Ideas/builds for ME3 MP. I mostly just slayer spammed then quit.

I think I've missed the train with ME3 MP and there are a lot of people there who had done a fabulous job at character building I stick to SP
