Hoping we get one for PS4, Xbox one and PC the first game could use it the most plus it would get people ready for the next game.
What are the chances we get a ME trilogy remaster before the next game?

I'd love a remaster before the release of ME:Next! It would get me even more excited than I already am (if that's even possible)! ![]()

Part of the appeal of the Halo MCC is that it gives Halo fans something to do before Halo 5 comes out. It satisfies their need for Halo for a short while.
So if ME4 comes out fall 2016 which I expect, ME trilogy needs to come out this fall to "hold us over" cause if it comes out aftet, I would still buy it and play it, but the lure would be much less effective compared to how it would be if it comes out before ME4.

I would expect the Shepard Trilogy Remastered to come out the N7 Day before the release of ME: Next.

Is there actually some kind of hints/rumors/ or confirmation on a remastered trilogy? Otherwise my answer is : the chances are 0%.

I'd raise it to 50%, it'll either happen or not. I'm that shallow and simple, correct.
There are a few rumours on internet but Bioware hasn't confirmed nor denied yet.

There was sepculation of a Halo 2 remaster to coincide with its 10th anniversary for years but 343i never said anything until about a year before. I wouldn't rule out a Mass Effect remaster just yet.
Bioware and 343i are two different companies though obviously so we will have to wait and see.

If it releases after ME4 then it would not do as well. That is like Halo MCC releasing a about 6 months after Halo 5, a time in which people would be deep in Halo 5 multiplayet and not all into past games.
We will find out for sure in a few weeks.

I would say its about 50/50 and if its not announced during this E3 or Gamescon I would drop it to slim to none.
While there have been rumors floating around for probably at least a year or more Bioware has put out enough "feelers" to let us know that they are at least giving it a look. To my mind I can't see them not doing it, pure and simple it's a cash cow that still has plenty of milk to give. Hell, the only reason I play Destiny is I can't play ME3 multiplayer on my PS4. Couple that with potential microtransactions from the ME3 multiplayer and I think Bioware is not blind to the potential.
The problem is with the remaster I am pretty sure they are concerned that any cost to port the game might outweigh any possible profit combined with the risk of hurting sales of the next Mass Effect game with the chance of starting the entire ending frustration again.

If the next game comes out no earlier than fall 2016, then I can see them releasing an "HD" remake of the trilogy to give us something to chew on.
