Sorry guys, but what the ****?

I think you payment system is a little bit messed up. yesterday i got some errors if i wanted to buy bioware points on the Points Website...

Whats the nummer of your german customer support?

there was always an error and the payment was not complete, then i looked in the payment history and... show self:

maybe this is the problem why i cant bought anymore points (i buyed 400 but i need 5xx for the dlc)

Ok i tested it.. error message:

Der Zahlungsdienstleister hat diese Rechnung zurückgewiesen. Kontaktieren Sie hinsichtlich dieses Kontos bitte den Kundendienst.

means something like:
The Payment provider has rejected the invoice. Please contact the customer support.

the message appears after the last step on bioware website -> (which should link then to paypal, where i enter my account details)

but maybe it has something to do with the ip (like creditcard?)

because im working in a american company with US ip (and yes i cant speak english ).. maybe i should try it at home in some hours with german ip?

it may indeed be the cause. Try again at home with an IP that matches your billing and account info.

I got 2 rejected transaction aswell

Elutasítva  = rejected

and the curious thing  that some of my cash on the credit card got locked even if the transaction failed .....
so what to do ?
