yes that happens and its a shame and guys shouldnt do it BUT WHERE HAVE WE DONE IT HERE? And second LARA IS A FICTIONAL CHARACTER.
This notion of being fictional or not fictional is wrong. Because if you believe in an idea, You'd want it portrayed equally in artistic work as well as it's the voice of society. And just by the way, I don't need my bubble burst. You people took it too far with me And I'm the stubbornest person you'll ever meet. I have stated several times, To take the conversation on PM And I have also already explained where did it bug me how you guys are sexually objectifying lara.

No, It's because that's the main and defining quality you see in her. If you speak of the character as a whole and then state in the middle that she's attractive then I don't think that's a problem. The problem is when, As you said, You speak about female attractiveness as the defining trait of being a woman and it's your primary focus when it comes to females.
You can't objectivy someone who isnt real.

No, we're calling you out HERE where everyone can see you. You wanna talk about deeply rooted nonsense? Then air it out in the open for everyone to see. Second a fictional character is a fictional character. It can be whatever the creator wants that character to be. Be it Stripperella or the goddamn Batman, all is valid expression. You can disagree with it, but its nontheless valid.
Or you can go on tumblr and start a petition to censor art. Worked so well in the past before.

Jeez if a fictional character is all it takes for me to be a misogynist then I should stop playing Skyrim before I start killing dragons.

And I'm calling it THERE in order to stay on topic. I'm not afraid of you or your trolling. I have already explained why it's crucial as a fictional concept as well. Oh, And by the way, I have reported you as i said.

I respectfully disagree.
Go ahead and disagree all you want. Women are politicians, women are Fortune 500 CEOs. Women are film directors and video game developers. There's not a single field of work that is discriminatory to women based on their gender.

You're nothing but a petty ridiculous man whose too hungup in your outrage thinking. This is why I brought this conversation out on the thread. People needed to see how pretentious your stance is.

sounds like Leo's not the only guy here that needs his bubble burst. Women arent equally represented. Maybe on paper, but most of the time its a man's game. Just ask your mom, or sister, or aunt. Heck, do what most guys on the internet do and pretend to be a girl. Its a pretty grim world. And Im serious about that bit about swapping genders for a bit. You learn a lot by wearing the other person's shoes. And like women's shoes tend to be, its very uncomfortable.
Being treated poorly or made to feel uncomfortable has nothing to do with representation. Nothing in the first world is a "man's game" unless men are literally the only ones who do it. Simply saying so doesn't make it true.
.... Unless you're saying something else.

You dont have a job do you?
I work part time in a print shop, doing both accounting and press maintenance and operation. Aside from that, I do odd jobs for extra cash, though those have been slowing down a good deal lately.
Even if I didn't have a job, what does that have to do with it?

Ventus I'll leave this for you to figure out on your own. Either you smarten up or you get fired for sexual harassment or never have a girlfriend. Either way, I dont do any work and you learn something.

Yeah, because saying "learn it yourself" instead of showing me your case is how you present an argument. You're the one who made the claim, the onus is on you to back it up. Saying "lol go learn it" just shows that you have no leg to stand on and that you have no idea what you're talking about.

If it's okay to good writing we're asking for she'll either.
A) Struggle
Embrace
C) A mix of both
D) Shown for the psycho she really is?
C) Spec Ops Online #based psychological jumbo.
Either way if they wanna show a more 'realistic' Lara they gotta pay attention that killing lots of people ain't exactly good for your stuff.

Rhianna Pratchett, daughter of a Legend, is a good writer so I don't expect there to be less than a decent narrative. Loved her work on Enslaved and overall enjoyed the first game, disregarding the irritating stock characters and it's reliance on conveniently placed chest-high-wall sections and extravagant set pieces ala Uncharted.
I'm not craving for it though.
The Yhatzee is strong in this one.

Indeed.
Though I wonder how badly they'll screw up Russian Orthodox folklore.
