It happened to me several times only in last week - fighting perilous high dragon, one or two of the party die and bang....all party members have full barrier and guard...omg guy...its only a game - if u fail, just try again

I don't know about the the guard, but there are passives that heal party members when you go down. The Virtuoso and Templar have these.
Isabella also gains full Elusive when a party member goes down.
The Legionaire also has a passive to give him walking fortress, which gives guard when hit. And most mages have Guardian Spirit which is full barrier near death.

Nope, the barrier and guard remain for the rest of the fight and for all members of the party

There are definitely some creative hacks out there. I like that one that somehow manages to max out the stats for all players. Never stay since I'm afraid of what might stick to the account, but it's funny to see Zither's default attack doing 5k damage a shot.

I know one thing, no matter how it is done, not there anything undetectable, what matters is the result (all data are on the server ALL) one day they will be banished to bioware is already aware that they exist

You´re not the only one. I´ve never met a cheater in all my games yet, but between the CTD´s or other ways games can go awry it sure is annoying to have to leave because of some douchebags.

This one's not a hack. With the right equipment and potions, it's actually possible to hit the Frost Dragon for 5K using only your staff ...

But I agree cheaters should be banned. Although some people have a very "large" definition of what a cheater actually is...

There are hosts out there who can amplify everyone's damage, not just their own. It's pretty funny the first time you see it, but I wouldn't be surprised if people get bored and quit soon after doing it.

Since this isnt a pvp game, I dont really care. Tho, since I want to get on the leaderboards, I care a little anyway. Damn.

 

But seriously, I'm pretty sure I haven't seen any cheaters yet, atleast in my matchmaking pool (EU west (?)). If I have grouped with cheaters tho, they would have done it subtle.

Nah, it was definitely a hack. He was using a level 1 keeper on perilous and doing the same damage to all enemies with default attacks. Everyone in the group was only taking 1-3 hp damage from enemies and I know how perilous enemies normally hit me. Funny for a moment, but as stribies said, it gets boring fast.

I see over and over, X player cheat, X thing happens, could just simply take an screenshot and report it, or do you expect the devs. to have a crystal ball and guess everything.

 

You guys are like these people who live in a city with crime and see murders everywhere, and say nothing, but complain because the city is dangerous.

 

I will tell OP and others what a police would say, proof or nothing happened.

Cheating on PC is rampant. It has always been because Bioware has been turning a blind eye on cheating.
Bioware needs to start taking the efforts of their commit and legit playerbase seriously and ban the sodding cheaters.

For them to do that, they need people reporting cheaters and presenting video evidence.  Otherwise, banned modders will come here complaining that they were unfairly banned, this forum will go bioware pls and so bioware will look like the bad guys.  Problem is, people won't report specific cheaters, either because they reason it won't affect them (since it's not pvp) or they're desperately begging (either through PMs or on other sites) to be invited to modded lobbies so they can get all the loot and then complain the game is too easy.
