After I return to the big room from Betrayer's Gate, nothing is there. Any ideas?
(Reloading from previous save will result in backtracking through part of Skein and I'll rather die that go through that place again)

I'm not entirely sure what you mean, but if you mean what I think you mean, try clicking on one of the hags.

After I returned from Skein, I entered dreamscape. I managed to fight through the theatre and then I entered bard's dream and solved it. It opened a portal to Betrayer's gate with red wizards fight. When I return through the portal, there's nothing in the room where other two dreamers were supposed to be.
EDIT: Never mind, they are there. They must have spawned after I reloaded and redid the red wizard fight and I just missed them.
