Shepard can come back easily regardless of RGB+Refuse.
*ME2 and ME3 Shepard was a clone*
The real Shepard never woke up and was taken from the Lazarus project during the coup and frozen in a pod by a splinter group. TIM had no idea.
<sigh> I know. It's a stretch. (memories etc.. blah blah blah). But I would bring Shepard back and continue her adventures any 'ol day.
