I'm missing a few myself.
I've been playing a fair bit, more so back in December but I'm at around 460 Prestige and I've yet to get Audacity, Pyre of the Forgotton, the best shield (can't remember the name), a Crit Chance or Attack ring, just to name a few off the top of my head. Granted some of those are out dated with dragon weapons, and I'm not sure I'd use a crit change or attack ring over the crit dam or HoK. However, I didn't get the HoK, Crit Dam ring or 200 Health belt until the DLC came out. I had given up on buying chest and just saved up 200k gold, like in the days of ME3MP in preparation for a new DLC.
I got my Superb Health Belt, Staff of the Void, Pyre of the Forgotten, Axe of the Dragonhunter and Agony all during the previous weekend, when the Class Chests (aka Bioware's giveaway) were added. And just to illustrated how much I had played before getting those items, I was about 980 prestige and 3rd on PC leaderboards.
They need to bring those class chests back and leave them there. I've played since release and I'm 668 prestige currently. I'm missing Caliban, shield of the emperor, pyre of the forgotten, fury of the veil, blade of red births, ring of crit chance, agony and the dragon maul. That's all i can remember at the moment

I have mostly everything, including 3 copies of all dragon weapons, 6 for daggers.
The two things I am missing are the superb belt of health and the superb ring of flanking. .
They need to bring those class chests back and leave them there.
~400 prestige, missing CD amu, crit ring, Sulevin. Thats mostly it. Oh, and I have just 1 Hok ring. +10 belt of health tho. RNG is RNG.
I liked those chests but they were overpowered. Rng doesn't exist anymore if those chests are permanent.
We have been at the mercy of RNG for too long

I have none of those items you listed.
But if you want a 20th f**king Sundering pulled out of a chest, well, I'm your gal.
Still need Superb Stamina, Superb Health, and Sulevin Blade. I don't care much about the rest of it.
Fun fact: I own 0 unique one handed weapons. I own almost all unique 2handed weapons, bows, staves and daggers, but not a single unique 1 handed.
Other then that i mostly miss my HoK ring but thats about it.

And I'm pretty sure we already have at least two other threads regarding this topic.
The only thing i am missing is a stamina amulet which apparently is the in thing.
I have all the weapons except no dragon two handed weapons.
Not long ago I got both the Caliban and the Sulevan, thus showing that blatant whining does indeed pay off.
Missing the Sulevin Blade, Caliban, Superb Health Belt, Superb HoK Ring, Blades of Red Birth (though, I'm not complaining about my Wicked Grace and Agony daggers), all the dragon weapons except the bow and maul, Superb Cooldown Amulet, and the Superb Crit rings. Got the Superb Stamina amulet the other day and I got the Song of the Marshes from one of the warrior chests I bought. I want more class chests!

I'm around 530 prestige, 670k gold spent and I'm missing all the accessories from above. I'm still missing the Sulevin Blade, Magehunter, and until the class chest weekend, I was missing a high level purple dagger. Now I have one Red Birth. My two handed weapons are where I'm lacking most. My best weapons for that are Sundering, Slayer, and a common greatsword.
Somewhere around 480 prestige, last I checked.
The only things I'm desperate for at this point are the superb cooldown amulet, sulevin blade, caliban, and punched by the maker. I'm fairly certain I have every single epic weapon under level 18 though.
I still have hope that Bioware will make them useful somehow, but who knows...
At 480 prestige, I only got my LoK ring this week-end (not even from the Jeweller chest though).
Mostly accessories missing though. : belt of health, and all the good unique rings : Crit chance, crit damage, flanking. I managed to get all the useless ones though : guard penetration, barrier penetration, sundering, staggering. Woohoo.
Weapons-wise, I don't have Caliban, and I was missing the two-handed axe with great crit chance that was so good for reaver, but that's a moot point since I got a Maul of the Dragon. Extreme luck on daggers too, since I'm dual-wielding Blades of Red Birth (now that I don't need to keep a LoK dagger on off-hand)
I think for the point you are trying to make Arishok, a better question would be, " Does anyone have every item, and if you do, what hours played/gold spent/prestige level were you at when it happened?".
For me I'm at 395 prestige and 400k gold. Class chest weekend helped me immensely. I've got every single purple accessory and rare/unique weapons except: Walking Death, Sulevin, ThunderStrike, Pyre of the Forgotten, and March of the Everlasting.
Like Racer, I've gotten around 30-40 sunderings, slayers, Griffon bows, and the incredibly inelusive Elusive Icebowsz

Haha, lol - I bought two of these protector chests this WE. Got one Sup AP ring 
. Spend some gold on the large chest pieces and there dropped a Sup CD amulet. Figures.
About 600 prestige 1.3 mill ( not counting few hundred fereldan runs ).
Daggers always been my problem. Before dragon daggers was using coiled strike x 2 (lvl 20ish blue). Spent about 100k on rogue chest and nada
