Except try to turn everyone into sterile super mutants. Also, if someone has already been exposed to radiation the FEV virus causes them to lose huge chunks of their memory and intelligence. So, as a result the vast majority of people changed would be rampaging idiot supper mutants.The Master did nothing wrong.

Actually, they do in fact have lady Supermutants. We've never seen them, I'm not sure why. I know they come up in the dialogue with the Master though.i thought it was because they had no female super mutants to play with

Super Mutants are asexual.Actually, they do in fact have lady Supermutants. We've never seen them, I'm not sure why. I know they come up in the dialogue with the Master though.
It's heavily implied Fawkes was a woman before mutation.

When in conversation with the Master you can expose the sterility caused by the FEV virus. He doesn't believe you at first, but one of the dialogue options is to " ask the female Supermutants ".Super Mutants are asexual.
It's heavily implied Fawkes was a woman before mutation.

Agreed. They are STERILE, for sure... but they definitely no asexual. They just don't look any different from males anatomically (with their clothes on) and are not able to reproduce.
