I wonder how will it work. Will you have to pay for all mods or will only higher quality mods be charged for? If its the former, they best have quality control to avoid pissing off the masses.

I think it will be Author based. So some will publish their mods for pay and some will just have a donate button, some will continue to post free mods on Nexus, which we all use because the Steam Workshop stinks. Bethesda will probably contact some popular Authors again and get them on their team. I am pretty sure that paid for mods will return for Fallout 4, we'll see how damaging it is.

I bet it'll be some form of account you have to sign up for, but some mods will cost $0.00. They might even ask for a credit card or paypall account to be registered to it.

Game looks gorgeous to me.

 

Can dogs "sit" in FO3 and FONV the way that one appears to be doing? I only seem to remember seeing them walking around on all fours.

Yeah, I like the colours.

 

FO3 felt like there was an overtone of green on everything.

 

ETA: Well, more like a sludge of browns, greys etc...

 

Not every colourful basically.

Though the 'voiced protagonist' debate is raging on the Bethesda forum.

Heh. I like voiced protagonists. I just don't really dig the protagonist blankly staring at someone without saying a word.

 

That being said, if the protagonist is voiced, I wonder if the dialogue system will change? Like, instead it will be in third person so the conversation feels more expressive.
