Such a shame too. They're still even attacking Lob even though he hasn't been on in months.
It's nice that not many people are going there and arguing with them, all they can do is spew in their own hatred of a fictional race.
Anyway, it's such a shame. I honestly think that many of them, by virtue of their inability to have an honest discussion, are simply not worth having discussions with.
I wish it wasn't so, but, at least on the topic of elves and appreciating them or even pointing out that elves aren't 100% responsible for every bad thing that happened to them and that the humans and the Chantry share a large portion of the blame as well, is met with nothing but personal attacks, hate, logical fallacies, and strawman arguments.
Shame, really. A lot of them are using one source to say the elves were the aggressors, but are ignoring information that comes up in the exact same source that actually says that the humans were the original aggressors, and then demanding proof that it was actually humans who started the conflict while using the source that outright says it as proof that the elves did.
Sorry about that for those you read this. Needed to rant a bit. I've been checking in on the "Elves keep bringing their own destruction" thread on and off for a few days and hoping for a reasonable place to interject, and there have not been.
