I am working on a C-Sec based fanfic, but I cant seem to find any data on the width of the ward arms on the Citadel...I see the length is 44.7 km, and the width it gives in the codex is 330m. That's WAY too small to be the width, so I assume they mean depth instead. As for the width, I tried to scale it out on the digital model, but that led to 4.3km on the thick end to 2.7km on the thin end. Can that be right? That just seems pretty damn skinny to me, but I've never been too good with the maths numbers. If anybody knows or can find out it would be a huge help to me in writing this story. Thanks!

Yeah, the 330m width is a typo. It should be thickness instead, the exact width of the arms is never given. Someone did a 3D Max rendering of the space stations in ME to compare sizes. An image can be found here:

Apparently 1 pixel = 10 meters

 

So about 4-3 km width seems right to me.

I remember one of the devs say each arm is like the size of Manhattan.

But that might be a generalization.

I'd rather each arm be the size of Long Island. The Citadel is like the capitol of the galaxy and it's size should reflect that.
