Binary Helix thread about  cryo ammo made me think about stacking debuf

HAve U tried it ? What would be your picks and how fast would it melt plat ?

 

I guess proxy mine (20%), cryo blast (25%), tac scan (25%) and biotic orbs (3*15%) are the main contenders. Maybe Reckon mine (25%), SF (10%), warp (15%) and Biotic sphere (25%) could be there too, but they are a bit more difficult to apply at range (except warp which is often blocked or dodged, but maybe debuff is applied even when warp is blocked, i forgot again)

 

I guess SF could overcome orbs speed and catching mooks, but it s only 10 %.

Maybe area debuf wld be better too.

 

Anyway, if U stack the first 4 and get 115 % debuf, that should melt an atlas in a single avenger clip ?

 

 

EDIT : sabotage (50% debuf) and arc nades could be the faster combo

I would definitively take Recon Mine, for the wallhax and more importantly the movement speed reduction. I find that it helps a lot to headshot fast moving targets. Plus, the direct damage is interesting and the DI can spam it frequently.

Not sure, but no reason their debuff wouldn't stack, is there ?

I even think debuff from different player with proxy would stack.

And they all apply their debuff even on bubbled phantoms/crabs/banshees IIRC

Nah. They're all wielded by infiltrators, so you just go with that.

PM because it staggers, debuffs, deals direct damage and can detonate.

Snap Freeze because it slows, freezes, primes, increases tech combo damage, and deals small direct damage.

Sabotage because it also increases tech vunerability.

Recon Mine because it slows, deals a shitton of direct damage to up to five targets, debuffs, and can detonate.

 

Near Miss: Tac Scan- it's one of the better debuffs in the game but it doesn't deal direct damage, prime, detonate, etc which is the only reason I left it off the list.

To take advantage of sabotage u ll need a high damage tek power like the reckon mine, homing nades (DAI  !) or arc nades, or flamer.

 

Or a tek melee team !

I wonder if sabotage from different players stack ?

Is there another debuff apart form warp which doesnt boost melee ?

Yeah, all those are direct winners as they cant miss or be blocked. Reckon mine is still a bit slow (3 sec+travel time) to deploy with all those DPS masters

True but it is a continuous area debuff. You don't even need to recast it assuming you don't detonate it.

All good suggestions, although Justicar + Jugg is still my fav combo, you get both protection + debuff plus *real* crowd control, and any other teammates are free to do whatever dirty jobs they want.

Anyway, I'd probably go 2 GIs and 2 DIs.

No need to waste time thinking about combination of different debuffs, Just use 4 N7 Destroyers (30% Weapon Damage each with Devastator Mode) for a whopping 220% combined Weapon Damage at 125% Rate of Fire. Add the best equipment and gear on top of that and we have some nasty levels of combined damage potential without any complications.

Dunno about sad, it seems to be a secondary defining characteristic of infiltrators after the Tactical cloak. They need to balance that better in the next iteration of MP though.

This made me think back at that 4 X Brophoon destroyer video the original Spectre had... On London/Collectors. Anyone still have a link to that? It was a pretty cool vid as I recall...

From the title, I thought you were going for something like a team full of people exclusively using debuffs for the whole match. :P

 

But I'm pretty sure it would take an hour or two to kill a Praetorian with Cryo Blast and Tac Scan.

The point was debuffing the damage and other stuff and that is what is being done by Devastator Mode.
