I'm not sure if it was posted before or it's a common bug but there are some games where I get items from secret rooms, everything's fine until I reach the score board screen and it shows me the items I got. Some of the items get duplicated description from the previous item even though it's a different one, or they don't even show any description:
After that I check my inventory and I don't have any of the listed items.
No item reward?

i've had it happen to me as well. no idea what causes it. i just shrug it off and continue playing, at least it hasn't happened to me with purples.

This just recently started happening to me. Also when I salvage from that screen it often doesnt tell me what it got broken down to. =( Platform=xbox one

My favourite is a blue card turning into a purple item
Try not to worry about it.

Sometimes it's server lag. I've also notice it to crop up particularly when joining a game in progress. If the party stays together, after completing the next game I will get the exact same drops again and nothing shows in inventory
