Apparently many US cities have Walk Buttons at intersections which don't work - they're just installed as a placebo or to give pedestrians something to do while waiting.

This forum and EA Help seem to be a placebo Push Button - it doesn't do anything. If it wasn't for the BioWare mods jumping in once in a while and the name, I'd almost believe this isn't a BioWare forum at all.

 

There's virtually no feedback on problems. I and others haven't been able to play since the Black Emporium DLC; the War Room is broken. I use to come here and the EA Help daily, to see if the Dev's posted a solution or even if a user found a work around. But there's nothing. I see others posting problems and questions and no answers.

 

I had a problem with Witcher 3 and contacted both CD RedProjekt and GOG and got a reply within hours. 

 

So did EA terminate all the support people? Or just move them to another project?

 

So when can I expect a Push to Walk button here to amuse myself if I should happen by someday?

Thanks a bunch for this post. I honestly thought I was the only one having problems with EA. Ironically perhaps, or not, im in the Contact EA live chat atmo. waiting time has been "under 5 minutes" for the past 20 minutes...Ive been unable to access content for the black emporium or the DLC Jaws of H since downloading. Ive sent posts to EA ive tried to contact them over several days and no joy...nothing, just a message that keeps on telling me I have less than 5 minutes to wait to get help...waiting and waiting and waiting...maybe they all got fired?
