Hey all, first post here!

After a few years, I decided to pop ME3 back in to do my 'Insanity' run.  My "issue" has to do with the Accomplishments section in-game as well as the website here.  I completed all of the DLC and got every achievement a couple years ago, however, when I view these achievements in-game & the website, they don't show up as unlocked.  They're unlocked on my Xbox gamercard, but yea.  Any idea why/how this happened??  Is there a fix?  Since it's on my gamercard, it isn't a really big deal, but the OCD in me is making me annoyed by it.

Thanks for the responses.

Welcome to the forums! :)

You're on the Xbox, I assume? I don't own that console, so I'm not sure what a 'gamercard' is, exactly, nor how save-files are stored. But I do know that with in-game achievements on the PC, they'll be reset if you upgrade your PC (as I have done). I believe it's tied to your Local_Profile.sav file. Obviously, this is irrelevant to you if you're on Xbox, but maybe there's a parallel to your system? Did you perhaps reinstall it, wiping the profile? Maybe that's why it doesn't show up in-game. As for the website, I'm not sure. What website are you referring to, exactly, by the way?

I wish I could be of more help, but I can only guess when it comes to the consoles, I'm afraid.

I am referring to Xbox.  I have 65/69 achievements unlocked and am going for those last 4.

Website = http://social.biowar...a&platform=xbox

The in-game "Accomplishments" section shows the exact same amount unlocked as ^^^ that website.  I was online/connected to EA servers when I played the DLC, so I'm not sure what happened.  Like I said, it isn't a big deal, but it just bugs me.

I see. It seems your problem is that the DLC achievements aren't registering properly. I vaguely recall having heard others with the same problem back in the day... But I don't remember how they fixed it. Or if they did.

Looking at the technical support forum, I see a thread here with someone having the same problem. If you look at the 3rd post, someone from QA says: "As for DLC achievements not unlocking on N7HQ, this is a currently known issue"

Seeing as that was 2½ years ago, it looks like you might not be able to have the issue fixed... But you could always try bumping that thread or create your own and hope that someone comes along with better advice :)

Edit: there's another thread detailing the same problem and a possible way to fix it:

"I had the same issue with achievements and was trying to fix it ... i have the feeling that these steps solved it

  1. Start the game (without playing multiplayer otherwise quit and restart the game)

  2. Check your achievements in game, in Extras menu. (you achievements should be missing here)

  3. Load your last save game (or resume)

  4. Return to Main Menu

  5. Check your achievements in Extras menu (they should have appeard)

  6. Start multiplayer

  7. Check your N7HQ - in the better case it should be updated..."

Worth a try?

Thanks for looking into it, I appreciate it.  I've honestly never played Multi in ME3.  I'll give the second option a go, but no matter how many times I check the Accomplishments section, they don't show.  If it's when I first start the game, or after a session.  Oh well.

Sure thing :) I hope logging into multiplayer fixes things, but I guess it's a wild shot. I'm sorry I can't be of more help, but unfortunately I have no experience with the Xbox console. If no one shows up with a solution here, you can always try the Answer HQ where I found the aforementioned threads :) it's the official place to go for technical help, so you might have a better chance there. Alternatively, you can try ignoring it as best you can... Although I know the feeling of going slightly OCD over stuff like this and it's not always an easy thing to let go :P

Best of luck :)

Just an FYI -- Connecting to multiplayer DID fix the problem.  :)
