DA has Morrigan and Morrigan > Yen > Triss
*Waits for Steel's response*
Does it physically hurt to have such bad taste?
Please for the love of god don't make DAI's watered down crappy tactical combat a plus. Dragon age had some very cool systems in place, they cut them all. It's not a step forward.
War table was an okay concept but it was usually just waiting out a timer for some minor reward. They have to make it more meaningful, it's basically the same as your timed trade ship minigame in assassins creed 4.
The tac cam needs to be improved upon sure. But I'd prefer it left in than removed entirely next time around.
DAI also doesn't have weapon and armour degradation so a definite plus. Wonder if there's a to fix that in W3...

Well, nexus does have a TW3 page up, if you want to take a look:

The ability to be gay is one of the reasons why I'd buy Bioware games no matter what. Simply because other games don't have that option at all, so it's really very rare and I want to support those kinds of games.
Asides from that, the ability to customize your appearance and gender, it allows more replayability and it feels like my own character, a lot more than JRPG silent protagonists.
I was gonna say the voice acting was a bit better in DA:I but then I remembered all the Orlesians ![]()

I thought the Orlesians were great, for the most part. I thought most of the accents in the palace was well done, and I liked some of the major NPCs.
It's the whining soldiers out in the Exalted Plains I can't stand.
Whiny NPC: "I hate waiting to die."
Me: "I just cleared the zone of all demons and undead you jackass."
NPC: "I hate waiting around."
Me: "This is gonna get old quick."
NPC: "I hate waiting to die."
Me: "Where's the damned murderknife when you need it? I'd make sure you didn't have to wait."
NPC: "I hate..."
Me: <mutes game, finishes looting and unmutes when out of range>
French accents are the worst, right next to Russian and West Coast
that the best you got?

Top that! ![]()
^There's something else DAI does better than TW3: has a better unicorn. ![]()
Triss tops that by virtue of not being a horrible person who treats Geralt like a foreigner with a brain defect
plus
redhead...

Compromise!
that the best you got?
Ogre will smash.
Morrigan 4ever!
Spoiler
Ogre will smash.
Morrigan 4ever!
Smough! Gawd you've just triggered so many ptsd laden memories. Still nothing on this guy though:

Greatest boss fight ever

He's the toughest?
For me in DS1..
In bloodborne, the most cool encounter, ever, music wise and setting...
He's very difficult if you don't use your sidearm, very easy if you do.
Don't have a PS4 so no Bloodborne for me /wrist.
Speaking of Dark Souls 1, I don't think Kalameet was the toughest but he was definitely the coolest boss fight. Kind of like the epitome of the battle between man and monster.
Raime in Dark Souls 2 though...I took three days to kill that b********. But that's the joy of Dark Souls I guess, you fight, you die you learn and then you actually accomplish something awesome. No awesome button required.
What DA:I did better:
1] Not having a characters breasts be in a constant state of slo-mo wobbling -and generally leading a life of their own- without any reason whatsover for said movement.
2] Not having 75% of woman wear only the tiniest, waver-thin bit of fabric over their chestal area. Which, considering the general windiness, would be highly impractical.
3] A character creator, so you can play your own character, and customization.
4] Prettier world
5] Companion characters and romance.
6] Lore. I know probably a whole bunch will disagree, but I don't find the Witcher lore all that impressive.
What the Witcher 3 did better:
1] Characters, especially the side characters like Bloody Baron, are way more alive and fleshed out and real.
2] Open world gameplay. They absolutely annihilate DA:I on that.
3] (Side) Quest design and storytelling. Again absolute annihilation.
4] Combat -It's tensity and it's not f-%&$@# chaving away endless bits of health (and not having enemies have maybe as much 10× your HP).
5] Cities!
6] They've got Triss.
..maybe more, but I can't think of them from the top of my head, and I haven't finished the game.
Considering it's my list, it is if I say it is.
once again, considering t's my list, it is if I say it is.
pretty sure "its better because I say so" also isn't objective reasoning
And at no point does this thread ask for objectivity; it asks for people 's opinions on what they think DA:I did better than the Witcher 3.
So I do wonder why you seem to think people should care that you've said "CC isn't objective" before.

"what DAI does better than TW3"
that isn't asking for an opinion, that statement is asking for facts
