She was. The relationship and its development felt more natural.

 

The only Bioware romance I thought was good was Morrigan's. Everything else has just been cheesy.

There was about as much chemistry as a chair stacked unto another chair but I'm not that big on BioWare's romances either, really.

The Witcher has romance? To me it just seemed like casual sex and nothing else and I turned that stuff down since an amnesiac having sex with random women if idiotic. Maybe it grows past that if you make the stupid choice.

Ofcourse witcher 3 is better than dai.  Actually it is lightyears ahead of dai.   Eventhough being better game against dai doesnt require much, because quality of dai is not exactly very high.

DAI feels more like an offline MMO than an RPG so the Witcher being better isnt really an accomplishment. But yes it is better, even more so since the sidequests actually have cutscenes and meaningful content.

Retired from the DA franchise after 2 and have no interest of ever playing DA:I, so TW3 is better by default for me.

One of the most dull, bland and unimaginative RPG's I've ever played. The ending was extremely anti-climatic, the villian was trash, and the epilogue was a painting with voice over. Even the companions were bland. And then theres all the politically correct SJW pandering as well that felt completely out of place and forced. Pure trash

 

Witcher 3 is fantastic, and I'm no fanboy. Never even played 1-2

Even though I think Witcher 3 is a bit better because of the side quests in the world, I still enjoyed DA:I a lot.

 

So in the end I suppose I win. I got two games out of this that I liked.

Yeah honestly I enjoyed DAI and i'm enjoying TW3, so for those of you who can only enjoy one: sucks to be you!

I'm honestly going to wait till I can be bothered asking a non-Witcher fanboy their opinion before I buy it. I'll get it eventually it's just going to depend on how much I'll pay for it.

 

I think that, beneath the slight overhype and the usual annoying CDPR fanboys, it's really a good game. The combat isn't very good and half the main quest is just flat our boring, but the world is well designed, it has many great side-quests, and the good parts of the main quest are pretty damn terrific.

 

Overall I like it slightly more than Inquisition, but I feel no superiority complex about that either. We had two great RPGs released within 6 months of each other, 3 in fact with Pillars of Eternity. Trying to shout at other people that this one game is better and they suck is just pointless fanboyism if you ask me.

Mmhmm. Totes serious. I could play through every corner of TW3's main and side-quests countless times over, whereas the thought of slogging through the Fade and the Deep Roads again makes me cringe.

Not a wide margin, but there's a margin.
