Argent's thread on kits you've recently found to be fun has always generated a steady stream of posts. Thinking about that made me decide to suggest a slightly different idea, which is to post a kit that you've experimented with and that has finally become the perfect setup for the way you play it. Rather than simply posting a build, why not take the time to explain how you play it, why you think your weapon, gear, and ammo choices (for example) are the best fit for that kit.
I'm asking because it seems there is still a lot of stored knowledge in the player base that has only been shared piecemeal here and there.
As a starter example, I've always played the TSent a lot, with various weapons and different gear items, but I've settled on this build as being perfect for the way I play:

The Eagle does a mass of damage, has a decent amount of ammo, and its fairly heavy recoil is completely tamed by the Turian passives. The Hurricane makes a great backup sidearm obviously, and I use the Recoil System on it because even the Turian passives aren't enough to tame it. I'd rather have fewer shots but be able to put them on target.
Tech Armor is specced for 35% DR and damage at rank 4, which is enough to deal with any Husk that gets too close. Warp is pretty standard, and Overload is for managing groups and detonating FEs. I don't take headshots in passives because (1) I suck at them and (2) I want the power bonus for Chain Overload in particular. The 4 ranks in Fitness means no need for a Cyclonic, instead I can use an AM III to overcome his weakest aspect as a character, which is slow run speed. It doesn't make him into a Drell but this way I can outrun the Batarian - so the Banshee will grab him instead ![]()
Of course I'm not claiming this is the most flexible build, or the highest DPS, or anything, except that it allows me to play well, score well (by my pathetically low standards, anyway), and carry a wave without struggling, when that's necessary.
So, what have the rest of you got?
BTW, we can probably take as read the "Why does anyone even care it's a three year old game?" and "You're a scrub if you use anything that isn't the Javelin GI" comments, and the other similar ones too ![]()
