for first place it has to be that moment where Joker is crawling through the ship getting to the ships major systems to free EDI up. So he does, he goes down to her main computer frees her up and makes a joke about how theyre all gonna blame him that the crew was turned into human batteries processors (that part in itself takes third), and EDI sends him through the vents again and he's like "aw you wanna send me through the vents again" and EDI says, "Yes, I enjoy the sight of humans on their knees," afterwards Joker just looks at the comuter like "really?" then EDI goes, "That was a Joke"

so yeah thats first place for me

2nd place goes to (again) joker where theyre approaching the geth ship and he's like "you know the stealth systems only hide our heat signiture, they can just look out a window and see us." to which legion responds "windows are structural weaknesses, the geth do not use them..." then the camera goes over to Joker and hes doing a sarcastic robotic face, its funnier if you see it.

Where did you get that bit of dialog?  I want to hear it for myself.  Was it one of those general locations you can use to get dialog in the world?

Mordin's singing is great, but the Joker scene when activating EDI is priceless. Also: Shepard slurring while becoming quite drunk.

Apparently they didn't subtitle the squad members' dialogue during city travel...I never saw any dialogue like that. Or any inter-squad dialogue for that matter.

Found the Krogan with the fish issue hilarious. Especially what his buddy says after you resolve the quest.That and the ryncol scene with the bartender there.

It's while on the Citadel. Garrus asks  Tali if she misses the good times they had talking in the elevators, which Tali replies with a very cold "No". Garrus jokingly asks her to "tell us more about your immune system" and that's when Tali replies point-blank, "I have a shotgun".

Laughed my ass off.

Oh, and Mordin calling Kirahhae a "cloaca" (which is like a universal hole used for defecation, sex, and sometimes eating in certain amphibians and cells and crap)

The Quarian engineer and his Asari wife in the Citadel souvenir shop gently arguing about what gift to buy.  Sweet and funny.

The video games clerk on the Citadel.  "I look like I'm not working, but there's only so many times I can sweep this tiny space."  "Those old Earth sports games are really popular among humans and Krogans."
