On Illium where a quarian is telling a turian about dating a human. She had to tell him what would happen if they did it and it "killed the mood".

And watching that same turian try desperately to get the quarian to realize he wanted to be "more than friends."

I was struck by just how many times the game made me crack a smile and genuinely lol on a few occasions - despite being darker overall than No.1, it has a much better sense of humour too.

Most of my favourites have been mentioned (Dr Mordin's Gilbert & Sullivan is a classic and had me gaping and laughing at the same time) but something I haven't seen mentioned yet was the advert I came across in the citadel for the all Elcor performance of Hamlet...well worth checking out.

I'm only a few hours in, but I thought it was hilarious when Shepard and Dr. Chakwas got drunk together. Especially when I looked over and Chakwas was passed out on the medbay bed.

I lol'd when one of the advertisements on the Citadel about biotic amps (I believe, this was last night) told me I should purchase one for the next time I go out on the town with "Sere Krios."

Especially considering I was romancing Jacob.

I loved seeing the guy trying to get his refund on the citadel every time I went there in the first ME so seeing him again trying to get it still after two years made me lol. Also, I convinced Michael to let Rebeckah do what she wanted with the baby in the first game. Seeing her not be able to make up her mind and him just nodding along agreeing with everything was pretty good too. Last one I can think of on the top of my head was finding Wrex again. He says something their special nervous systems when talking about Shepard dying. Shepard says Uh yeah humans don't have those and Wrex is just Oh, it must of sucked for you then.

Whenever Garrus walks in to where Shepard and Jacob are talking after recruiting him. I was playing my FemShep and it was after the "you were ugly before" joke.

Garrus: "Some women find men with scars attractive. ...Most of those women are krogan."

And a good portion of what Joker said was great too. Especially his interactions with EDI and that part right before Legion's loyalty mission.

My favorite would have to be Joker while connecting up EDI (can't remember exaclty how it went): "This is all Joker's fault, what a tool he was! I have to spend all day calculating pi because he plugged in the Overlord!"

I love at the beginning of the last mission, Leigon is discussion actions with Joker and Joker turns away and starts doing the robot.
