Joker freaking out when the Collectors attack and everyone's being taken and you are controlling him. I was laughing so hard the first time I saw that.

I think it's the first or second conversation with Jack after you recruit her, when you end the conversation she says... (probably not word for word, but meh) "Thank you Shepard, and F-you for asking."

Dr. Mordin, when he sang i cracked and when he starts going on about lube and how biotic powers can be used to enhance the "experience", Mordin rocks!



The engineers down in.. well.. engineering, love the scottish dude, go scotty "I think Miss Lawsons uniform is very official, it always makes me stand attention!" then she goes "you dick".



Found it funny when Legion just went silent when asked about the piece of Shepard's armor attached to him, seems the little guy do have some emotion after all



And as stated above, the Admiral of Qwib Qwib (i think), Tali warned me not to ask, but i couldnt restrain myself

agree with Joker's comment on "Remember Joker? What a tool that guy was for plugging in the Overlord." also like his comments about Garrus having a pole up his ass and later deciding that Garrus removed the pole and is now trying to beat people to death with it. Mordin's little musical number made me lmao. the conversations between the Engineers are always funny, too.

Generally most of Jokers comments after a loyalty mission or recruit mission. The one he gives you automatically when you talk to him before the dialogue wheel appears. His post loyalty ones can be very funny.

It seems a lot of Shep's comedic moments come as a renegade which is too bad. I watched that Youtube video "Commander Shepard is still a Jerk" (funny stuff if you haven't seen it) and there are some classic lines in there.

"How about we all take a step back from the weird alien impaling devices."

and "Hey everyone....this store discriminates against the poor!" omg I laughed my arse off on that one.
