[Learn To Love Yourself]

Well, I went from barely surviving Silver (at the best of times) with barely any rare weapons to consistently placing 1 or 2 in Gold matches and extracting 9 out of 10 times with only ultra rare weapons left for me to get within a couple of months. And that was after a year or so hiatus from it.

I haven't played with any of you enough to comment on your development, so I can only speak for myself.. Before ME3 I was pretty terrible at shooters. I was the guy in Halo that would melee everything because I couldn't hit anything. Begrudgingly I let Grim68 convince me to give this a try after watching him play the trilogy, and nowadays I'd like to think I hold my own pretty well.

  I gotta go with forrestang.  Met him when he was a green noob, and he incrementally improved without the assistance of learning the mechanics of the game.  He just go on his gut, and had some nice fun builds.  He's not a world beater by any means, but he is good

 

  I don't think he even read the forums, so please don't tell him I said that.  The man's ego will get so big he will believe he will re-buy the game and start over on a noob account thinking he'd embarrass veterans.
