Hey there,

I ordered the digital deluxe edition of ME2 off Steam, and all my keys worked except for the "Digital Deluxe Promo Key (Preorder)".  Just to be clear, I had three keys in total.  One was the key for the game itself (that worked) one was the Cerberus Key (also worked) and then one was this key that isn't working.  The message I get says that the key had already been redeemed.

Anyone else getting this issue?  Any potential fixes?

I tried to do the chat option through EA's support website, but what do you know, it failed when my countdown hit zero, so I just sent in an e-mail. Is anyone else having this issue, or is my key just messed up?

I'm having the same problem, and just sent an email to EA about it. I don't suppose you've had any resolution to the problem since your post?

Contact the chat line on EA's support page. That is how I resolved this issue. They confirm that the codes are valid and unused, and will create a new code for you that works, after some discussion. It seems something about the Promo Redemption page is not accepting the DDE promo codes.

Having the same issue...contacted the chat support and tried a new code but it didn't work was well. They're looking into the issue

This is a bit of a necro but i'm currently having the ssue with my digital deluxe promo key not working too. Did anyone ever find a way to get it working?

Ignore that, it must have been having issues with the server because it's worked in the end. Just took a computer restart
