Here's a few options, what would you prefer? How would you build it?

Going from the angle of some grunt with his rifle getting shot down to a planet infested with who-knows-what with a random fireteam; told to cleanse house until mission parametres are uploaded.

Harrier + Destroyer = Prophet  ( I said it my way, plus I am currently playing thru the Crysis series)

 

Collector Assault rifle is garbage even if you do a bronze solo just to get the challenge points       it sucks.

 

A Phaeston Destroyer is also really good.

Carrier + Vanilla HS = pure death machine, as long as you got ammo.

Why the Salarian Infiltrator as the only non-soldier? I'd rather have a Krogan Sentinel and Claymoar in the circumstances you describe. Or a TSent / Lancer.

 

In the absence of any truly appropriate weapon for the Krogan Soldier, I'll go along with those who say the BatSol / Harrier, although the Harrier goes even better on the Sentinel, while the Talon + Power Amps + Grenade Gear is the best of all options on the Soldier.

 

Honourable mentions to the Typhoon Destroyer and TSol with Phaeston or Revenant.

Saber? Valkyrie? No...darn. Under these confines it would have to be either batarian or destroyer as the soldier (I haven't played enough with the fat turian to be good with him). Between the lancer and harrier that's a toss up let the randomizer decide. 

 

Edit: Not bioware's as it seems to always pick greatest player inconvenience. Looking at you RNG that gave me 40 straight cryo ammos when I have 255 of everything but incendiary and cyclonics.

Revenant + Destroyer = Kill the entire spawn at once

 

No, no, no, no, no!  Devastator Mode has accuracy-boosting bonuses, which is fine if you're trying to kill a single enemy, but it takes away from the Revenant's ability to shoot the entire spawn at once.  You need to use it on the Human Soldier, where Adrenaline Rush can keep you firing continuously and boost your damage without taking away the Revenant's spawn-spraying ability.

The CAR is OK on a cryo-soldier build.  Not as good as the Lancer, but it does work.
