 What are some of the more memorable moments you have experienced in video games?

Personally I was pretty impressed by the Bloody Baron and the Botchling quest in Witcher 3

 

 

It was a pretty ballsy move to tackle such a dark and sensitive subject matter but they managed to pull it off with a level of depth and sensitivity that is rare to see in the video game medium, it is a scene that encapsulates what dark fantasy is all about.

 

What are some of your favorite scenes?

Memorable moment: When I first rolled my Tauren Warrior in WoW. Virginity +320 tbh.

 

Scene: Almost any of the Colossi deaths (spoiler!) from Shadow of The Colossus. "Would you kindly" from BioShock. Honorable mentions: Ash and Kaidan choice, the first time. Portal 2 turret opera thing. Pretty cool way to end the game IMO.

Personally, I remember every scene in the EXO PICO series they belt out a song.

Crossing into Mexico for the first time in Red Dead Redemption. After surviving a frantic gunfight, then mounting your horse and peacefully riding off into the sunset whilst So Far Away by Jose Gonzales plays in the background. Beautiful.

Any Ace Attorney final encounter.

 

SWTOR (Yes i'm putting that here shut up) Sith warrior on Tatooine, the foundry, the battle of Ilum and The false emperor.

 

Psychonauts i'm pretty much putting the entire game here.

 

Odin sphere's apocalypse chapter.

 

There is a lot. I'm too lazy to list more though.
