The standard ELC is beyond terrible.

Their used to be numerous downloadable ones, does anybody still have those?

I need one for a Vanilla Module, and one for a PrC one please.

There is some type of scripted ELC used in the various Shayan's Subrace Engine packages, but I've not used Shayan's in years and don't recall what/where/how they work.

 

I also found a link to FunkySwerve's old answer to a similar query a good while ago (2011 ).
