What is yours?
Generally, when I want to conserve Pistol/Shotgun rail amps, I go with the Lancer for the 180% cooldowns + ammo has a bit of time to refill during power usage, but I was wondering if it would be more benificial to pass on the lower cds and use the Harrier just because it's the Harrier.
I do enjoy using the Adas to prime on certain tech kits...just wish it was lighter...

I like the Lancer the most. Valkyrie is a close second.
Although the Harrier is the best assault rifle if you want to spam powers.
I dunno what power based means because every kit has those but I guess...

are the 3 that get most frequently used for my two lovely and handsome quarian engineers when I choose to use AR's on them. Fairly light and none of them require stability mods or gear to get the best out of, so you can focus on increasing power damage.

I use the Harrier on my Drell Adept, he can carry more than most races so it doesn't slow him down a bit. IDK how good the Lancer is because mine has been stuck at level VII for two years.
I've always liked how the trusty Phaeston feels.
Good weight, reloads pretty quickly, decent clip size to lay on the ammo...
My Female HA and TSent both really dig their Phaestons.
Plus I'm not allowed to have nice (UR) things. At least not the ones I want (Lancer I & Saber 0 -- but a Spitfire VI *yawn*).

Avenger is really quite good on the HE because ammo application is about the most important thing for him/her and it's light.

The default Avenger is good if you get the right weight-based passives and decent weapon mods. -200% cooldown speed on my Novaguard with the Avenger equipped. Though I've been using SMGs more often lately because I only have the power amp mod for SMGs right now.
Lancer! My Lancer is my lowest-ranked gun at Level 2, and it's still awesome on power based classes.
The CAR should have weighed about 0.3 less, and it would actually be a really good gun for power-based classes, instead of a useless paperweight that is too heavy for power-based classes and too weak for weapons-based classes.
The Valkyrie, Mattock, and Falcon are all good power-class guns.
Oh yeah, and for the record: Vindicator > Avenger > Phaeston > GPR.

Indeed. But I've used it with my Bat casters (Slasher/BatSent) from time to time to get that bump in clip size. I'd still rather load them with a Graal (usually).

I use the Adas on the FQE, the PPR on the Collector Adept, the Valkyrie on the Asari Adept, the GPR on the GE, the Lancer on the Turian Sentinel (two powers make him power based, right? ) and the Harrier on the Demolisher (grenades do power damage, right? ).
I guess the Harrier. And the CSMG. Because that's not a shotgun/pistol either.
But, truth be told, I'm a PC master race, so I don't have these lowly concerns of having to save Pistol/Shotgun amps, so...
Honest answer? ... The Claymore. I just love using it on what people call power-intensive kits and then hear them cry when I cut the head off clean from that baddy they were about to detonate
