Not so good against Collectors. Decent against most other factions.

Phantom is hotter.
well Phantom are not only Hotter but just better
Sniper Shadow that uses SS to heal and relocate ---------> pure SS Shadow, that get's punched in the face on every other SS.
Can she kill an entire spawn using a Revenant, though?
Yes. She won't fire a single Revenant bullet in the process, but... yes.

Shadow had huge potential, some unfortunate flaws prevented her from reaching it fully though.
Go on, say the Shadow is inefficient and crap. That makes it even more impressive when I make her shine. ![]()
Shadow is an absolute beast, but she suffers from the teleport delay. Any other kit that can kill with one hit (Claymore/BW Infis) will usually do better. The trick is to do more than use SS to flit around the map. Her melee is a cone AoE attack, if you can position yourself right you can kill multiple enemies with it, which is a boost for her dps.
I usually circle around the outside of the map and fight away from the rest of the team. Standard tactic is to pick the last enemy in a group, SS and then go into a heavy melee attack seamlessly. Takes out ~3 enemies on average. Then stagger the rest with your weapon (or outright kill them) and by then you can cloak & SS again.
She'll never outperform a Talon GI but she won't look terribly bad in comparison.

How would you know? Secretly been playing a human on the side? ![]()

Not the way I play her. I just end up covered in bees.

Heh. I don't. You can teleport and cloak, there are lots of ways to avoid bees. Even if all that fails, you still have a weapon and Electric Slash.
She's so good vs atlas... oh wait.
Seriously, I wish they fixed that **** before they cut support.

Shadow Strike does 5k dmg, heavy melee does 4.1k. It's way better to just slice the Atlas to pieces with melee attacks than using SS on it. SS takes longer than a standard attack thanks to teleport delay and makes you more vulnerable to a sync kill. You should only use SS on sync kill capable enemies if you a. kill them with the attack or b. if they move so quickly that you land out of melee range. Yes, in theory the first SS shouldn't trigger a sync kill from most enemies but if someone from your team just ran past that boss, then it will be primed and execute you the moment you appear.
If all that fails, you can use Disruptor Ammo and Electric Slash to take down the shields before your sword attacks with armor dmg bonus take care of the rest. Takes fairly long compared to most other enemies, so I'd keep the Atlas alive until it's the last unit on the map.
Shadow Strike does 5k dmg
Maybe yours. Most people do way more damage than that with SS ![]()

Yeah? Show me how.
This is my build: http://kalence.drupa...24556314!C39D9G
I could do 400 dmg more by using a power amp IV or using the 6b evo, but "way more" damage? How do you do that? Or are you counting the 40% electrical damage from SS?

Once again, Kalence does not get all the numbers right. I didn't really look at your build, but a Shadow can easily be build to do in excess of 10k of damage to armor, with a single SS. Although yes, that's counting the DoT. After all, 5 secs doesn't seem like an awfully long time if you're dealing with bosses.

Well, I don't have any other numbers but my build has almost the maximum damage that is possible. I could increase it to 5.9k by giving up shields and shield drain, which would end up doing 8k+ including the DoT. So whatever number is correct, I'm close to it. Gold Phantoms have 1 health bar left, which gives them 1sec before they die. With the 6a evo (a, not b - my mistake in the earlier post) they'd probably die instantly.
To get to 10k+ the Kalence numbers would have to be off by a huge margin. Or perhaps the 50% armor damage play into it?

Can a Revenant even hit 25% of the bullets fired at targets it has right in front of it?
( Spoiler: I actually love the Revenant and hate that I have to hate on it )

Add some stability mods to it and it becomes quite accurate on certain kits. My Vorcha hits with pretty much every bullet.

They are. First thing, just to say, I don't think it even applies evo 6 of fitness. So multiply your whole damage by 1.5. Then add the cloak bonus again, cause it's bugged. And then maybeeeee you get the right numbers XD
Yeah I don't think Kalence calcs all the bugs like double counting half the bonuses.
Here is the old mechanics post on SS

edit: actually if you just hover over the SS damage in Kalence, it shows exactly what bonuses it uses. Looks mainly like the double counting from cloak, and then the sword mastery multiplier to armor like you mention.
