There was also that other guy, Invaderone, with some model of his, don't really remember her except that she was playing GI without hunter mode. Invader did flawless 75 minute gold solos, or maybe platinum, with almost every character.
InvaderOne was actually a pretty cool guy when I played with him, but I understand (from what he said) that he did not mesh well with some people on BSN and I was not on here to see first hand. I'm guessing you are one of them? No malice intended, as the information I have is purely second- and third-hand accounts and may be greatly skewed and/or minimized.
All "build" threads turn out this way, without exception.
Once Drasca gets involves, yes.
We need more videos of how to play it good. How to cycle songs, use variety of them to buff party, be prepared for ambush, how to in general move as virtuoso with different party setup (all range, all melee, mixed), what is a priority etc.
Working on it, and I have less than 30 promotions total, so I am by no means in the elite league as these two are. Hell, I only really have HoK on my mages, as the 2% HoK ring I have is just not that useful to me. If anything, if I want to play tactically, I feel like HoK cripples that.
What burned me out was your changing your argument and claiming mine was flawed whenever I proved my point. Far too much of my time invested for that.
Why I have Drasca on my ignore list. It's amazing how less stressful BSN becomes when you don't have to read Drasca's posts, or worry about arguing with a brick wall. You have to engage him knowing that he will rarely admit he is wrong once he becomes committed. He will divert, diffuse, and dilute the topic until the argument becomes so convoluted that he can no longer be seen as wrong. In short, he would make a great politician.
There is a reason why he is one of the most blacklisted people by DAIMP players on Origin.
I can remember when people thought that was the greatest movie quote of all time...
Past tense? Still one of the greatest to me...
"Ray, when someone asks you if you're a god, you say 'YES!'"
You know, this thread has been an amazing diversion from the other DAIMP things I've been doing. Since I have not had as much time to mess around with the Virtuoso of late, I am curious how it turns out!
