But did you slay a dragon? No? Too bad, they're good eating. Proves nothing. You wanted a team video, not a 'speed run', so you can't use it as ammo to judge like that. You asked for a video of me playing around friends using CB (first video), and (CB+PC second video) and it is nothing more or less than that. iirc, some of them got greatswords of the dragon that day (and they didn't have any 2H Dragon weapons before).

 

It should've been obvious, but carrying weaker players (the reaver's already been pointed out, guess who the weaker one was in the other), takes more time than solo'ing. The majority of time is mainly waiting for spawns.

 

If anything the comparison shows that mostly CB only is slower than CB+PC mix, because the platform and player comparison is more direct. The mixed one is clearly faster.

It should've been obvious, but carrying weaker players (the reaver's already been pointed out, guess who the weaker one was in the other), takes more time than solo'ing.

 

There is no skill/passive that decreases your damage output for having more people in your team. Unless that person is permanently in the fade, an extra person is an extra source of DPS and/or damage mitigation.

 

If having "weaker players" slow your performance, maybe you should L2Carry or just leave that party slot empty.

Team Virtuoso videos vs Perilous Inferno Dragon.  Three ringers, one noob in each video. First one is mostly CB, and second is mixed adaptive CB & PC. The first one is against demons using mostly CB is about four minutes longer than the second vs Venatori. Inferno High Dragon died fast vs Mindchill staff each time.

Yes your reading comprehension needs work, and you need to be corrected. Read the quote: Snakebite requested the Team videos, and I fulfilled that request. If I am so unbearable, feel free to put me on your ignore list

For everyone else to see. Snakebite and I agreed to do a few different matches with our own gentleman's rules. So we'll see what happens. Either way... THUNDERDOOOOOOME

So when you're talking about your own gentleman's rules, you actually mean that you're going to move the goalposts until you can chicken out of the thunderdome you were asking for in the first place? Come on now, that's just low.

 

Even if you can't beat Snakebite's time by using mostly PC, people would at least take you more seriously if you were to actually play the solo on FC Storm.

Also of note is that if you cut out the time waiting for chests from the first clip (slightly over 2 minutes), you reach zone 5 in almost exactly the same amount of time as in the second clip.

 

If anything, this proves that CB is at least as effective as PC in a high burst DPS party, even when played by someone not accustomed to using CB.

 

Needs Moar:

• Drive-by CB action

Needs Less:

• Hanging around with teammates who can kill a couple weakened enemies
• Standing around finishing off targets while there are more things out there to be tagged by CB

Needs improvement but shows promise. 

 

Drasca, just finished watching both vids. Snakebite hit the nail on the head. You just havn't played the CB play-style enough.

 

Snakebite wouldn't even look back unless he missed tagging an enemy. Just runs straight to the end of the zone while the rest of the team mops up anything that is still standing. Actually works great because you end up spreading out and reducing backspawn.

 

Really wish you could see XP.

No axe to grind - I just dont like the way he treats people. Lets be honest he brought it on himself, he was rude to Snakebite and ge was the one who issued the challenge. I'm simply calling him out on his stupidity

Btw, thunderdome is fereldan castle vs shock dragon. Thats non negotiable (THUNDERdome remember?). Snakebite can you confirm the rules around this?

I admit, I didn't think watching someone dig a hole around themselves could be entertaining.

 

It is slowly starting to turn into watching a car wreck happen. Those aren't as much fun. Still, might as well get whatever entertainment is left before there's nothing but carnage and carts carrying the bodies away.
