I can't find the Hunter who gives the "Let's Slay the Beast" sidequest in the Hissing Wastes. Could someone please help?

This is from the wiki.

A hunter can be found randomly spawn near camps in Hissing Wastes.

Northwest of the Cove Camp are a few large rock formation where the hunter spawns behind one of the rocks. If the hunter is not there, reloading a save game or revisit the map may trigger the hunter to spawn.

There are several spawn points near the camps. Note that you can use these not only to get the hunter but the Chantry sister as well.

The camp that ends at the cave in - refer to the Ancient Road - has a Hunter right next to it.

 

I can't check the exact camp name right now, as I've a fresh Windows install - and, uh... Mass Effect took install priority *shrug*
