Tough one, but probably the Turians since Garrus is my favorite ME character. Asari, Krogan, Quarian, and the other races are up there as well.
What is your favourite Mass Effect Race?

1)most favorite
Prothean
Quarian
2)favorite
Batarians
Turians
Drells
Salarians
3)was good
Vorcha-they was actually unique and interesting
Krogan
Volus
4)pathetic and not interesting
Elcor
Hanar(if they only atleast have some eyes to make them believable, especially this blasto nonsense)
5)most hated
Humans
Asari
and they not a races but still
reapers after ME3 what makes me facepalm
and
geths(i prefer to headcanon that devs does not retcon geths and geths just try to lie with legion model(and shadow broker info about legion kills many quarians in mmo combat simulation proves this) and especially with this simulation where noone show us real videos and about how they do a genotsite to 97% of quarians, when they kill civilians. childrens, females and elders)

The Rachni. Their perception and understanding of their surroundings and of other species was difficult for me to grasp until the queen spoke of "songs the color of oily shadows", and that was something my Shepard understood well. It sounds like they have what humans would call synesthesia; they perceive sounds as colors and tastes. Incidentally, some synesthetes craft beautiful works of art and music.

Turians because of their militarist governament, honored society and rich traditions (and most importantly, they have Garrus).
but I also like the Salarians,Geth and Humans.
I just don't get why so many people love the Quarians.I find them so boring and selfish. (their females have nice curves though).

Unfortunately, they ended up just being a race that were just there to bully the poor 'ittle Kwoguns.
Except Kirrahe and Mordin, of course.

Well not many people do like the quarians outside of fan communities like this one, but perhaps its because boring is subjective and the quarians are culturally pretty much the opposite of selfish in everything they do? Their whole shtick is slavishly putting the needs of the collective before the individual, often to their own detriment.
I'm curious as to the reasoning of how you arrived at such an assessment.

have you ever saw how they treat/treated the Geth, their own creation?
that's more than enough for me to consider them selfish...
and about the boring subjective, well,I guess that's just my opinion about their culture and traditions,so it shouldn't really matter for anyone besides me...

exactly like every other species treats AI's (as property)?

1896 CE corresponds to the start of the geth uprising. The only difference in the quarians' case is that their AI's were (partially) successful in resisting the attempts to deactivate them for 300 years.
hell, we as Shepard even put down no less than 4 human or Council species induced AI rebellions (Luna Rouge VI, Project Overlord, Citadel Casino AI, N7: Hahne Kedar Facility mech sidequest chain) by indiscriminately destroying the AI's in question. The only difference is they're on a smaller scale than the geth rebellion (and not done by the quarians, so not as bad for some reason).
Technically, it's illegal to even allow AI's to exist by Council law, and the quarian response was and is the only legal one. Is everyone else in setting also selfish?

My favourites are the Elcor and the Hanar, because they feel much more like aliens to me, unlike Asari or Drell for example. I actually hope there are going to be some really weird alien races in Andromeda

if AIs are illegal by Council law,so why the heck the Quarians did it anyway?
The Quarians made the mistake of creating the Geth, and then tried to correct it exterminating them,an entire new sapient race.
So yeah,I still see them as selfish...

Because, as Tali explains in ME1, the geth were created as simplistic, nonsapient networked VIs and were completely legal. It was only after years and years of recursive self improvement that the geth (unintentionally and illegaly) attained AI status, wherin the quarians followed the Council law they were subject to and attempted to reprogram or destroy them. The geth refused to allow this, responding violently by hunting and exterminating every organic in quarian space they could find, literally billions of people, most of them innocents and even children.
You didn't address that video I posted and the 4 missions I mentioned where others in setting do the exact same thing. Why aren't those actions by humans, turians, asari and salarians in creating AI (intentionally, I might add, unlike the quarians) equally "selfish"? Those AIs were pleading not to be shut down. Unlike the geth, they even attempted to go through the legal process rather than just straight murdering everyone in that quadrant of the galaxy. The Council still exterminated them, then covered it up.

I found the Protheans and Leviathans to be really interesting, and the Salarians are up there too. Geth aren't bad either.

It's kind of odd that a race that made a terrible moral decision that was necessary to save most of the galaxy were seen as total jerks for doing so, despite the fact that making terrible moral decisions that save majority galaxy is supposedly a major theme in the series.
We only heard the Krogan side from Wrex in ME1, and we finally got to hear the argument from a Salarian point of view in ME2 we were railroaded into saying how evil Mordin was, even in the 'investigate' dialogue options which are supposed to be questions not judgements from someone who just turned up and started talking about something that they weren't even involved in. Which is odd, considering the game spent most of the time telling the player how great Mordin is.
Then in ME3 we learnt that not one, but two(!) Krogan were not just mindless, violence-loving savages so that means that we must allow all of them to outnumber the rest of the galaxy by eleventy-billion to one, again. Fortunately, we got an option to not cure the genophage but that was only to make sure the game had some meaningful choices in it.
Apart from that, though, I quite liked the genophage arc because Wrex and Mordin are great characters and Vigil was played over the conclusion part.
