Try this: go up the Northeast side of the map heading towards the cave with all the spiders and the miners treasure. To the west there is a path way with a series of ladders and a bridge that you need a mage to energize. From the high ledge you end up at you should be able to jump to the shard. If not you should be able to get a better idea of its location. I am pretty sure that there are no underground shards in the Oasis, so going up is always a good idea.

Maybe I should do that plan I had, and make a video of all the Shards in the game. I thought nobody's going to need help half a year after release... Maybe I was wrong?

A few things

 

1: Whoever made the video I would of been a tad bit more thirl. You need a mage person to make the bridge (roughly 0:34 on the video).

 

2: I was going to say a-lot of the shards do require falling to the spot since there is honestly no way directly up to them.

 

3: This shard wasn't one of the shards i was thinking of. I know there is one close to this location that can only be gotten from falling on to. I know a good chunk of the shards close to the second camp I just fall to to obtain.

 

4: I wouldn't mind helping out with shards myself. I do have a camera and can post that way. Also I have gotten all of Hakkon's shards too. Not to mention I could be step by step too because I know for some you may need to open certain areas up first or do X first.

Actually, y'know what. I've loads of time on my hands now. It's time my current Windows install got to know DAI.
