Just out of curiosity, are there kits you have never played? After almost 1000 hours played (yeah I know) I still haven't touched the n7 Demolisher or the Volus Vanguard.

Honorable mention also to the Talon Merc, I tried him once and never again (I get the key bind bug with this kit).

None but very rarely play any Volus. Its not that they are bad its just they are not for me.

I think that's pretty much it. I haven't touched vanilla human male soldier, infiltrator, engineer and adept, but played their female counterpart extensively, so I'm not sure that counts.

 

EDIT: thanks to Invaderone, I feel the need to mention I only deployed Talon merc for one game because I wanted to see what's all the fuss about. It was a pretty damn laggy game, so I quit after two waves and never went back. Something similar happened with krogan shaman and krogan vanguard.

I have played them all but I will answer with the kit I am the most weakest with and that is the Talon Mercenary. I understand him but its just not a kit my fingers find comfortable playing with on the console controller. Many people can, I just don't have a feel for the character.

I had never deployed the Destroyer or the TGI until Clyde made me use a randomizer, and now the TGI is the only kit that I've never deployed.

 

I've only used the Talon once, and there are lots of kits that I haven't used in a couple of years, but other than the TGI, nothing that I've never played.

I have played all of them.  I don't play all of them regularly though.  The ones I am most likely to use in a match nowadays are Human Solider, Turian Soldier, GE or Turian Sentinel.

There is no kit I have never played.  I figure that if I'm going to spend hundreds of hours playing a game, I can at least try out all my options.

 

That being said, there are a few kits that I have only played a couple of times, i.e., all Volus kits and most of the Vanguards (because I never host).  In fact, I think I have only played the Novaguard, the Drell Vanguard, and the Smashguard a couple of times.  The Smashguard is the one kit on this game that I just don't "get."  I know some people play him very well, but I just hate the idea of charging into enemies without another power immediately available to stagger/kill them.  If I want to Charge-Melee, I'll use the BatGuard or the Volus Nutpuncher Vanguard instead.

I don't Krogan.  Induced Rage on White Hazard a while back and became blinded, infuriated, and quitty.  Almost never touched them again.

 

Don't think I've even done 10 waves of Novaguard.

 

My flaming Vorcha #waves favor the VSol over the VSent by a landslide...and will likely continue.  Relying on 'nade supply for combos bugs the frig outta me.

 

And the only Volus I do is the Merc.

I've played everything at one point or the other. I dislike the Vorcha Flamer kits probably the most of the kits in the game. I do enjoy the Vorcha Engineer though.

Like a few others I've played every kit, and extracted at least once with all on gold. That said, all my volus are covered in moth balls (no cover, no likey), BF soldier (pointless) has hardly been touched and I'm not really that big a fan of the GI either (too squishy, L2P I know). Oh, and let's not forget the Shaman which I detest with a passion.

No one loves the orange armpit warrior. Actually a pretty decent kit though with tech bursts and FEs if you set it up right.

I have played every single character, tried several builds incl a melee and venom build for everything.

However, there are some that I don't play now because I don't like the play styles. Talon merc, QMI, QME, QFI, fury, TGI.

Gotta admit, I'm somewhat surprised by these two appearing on your list.

Is it the lack of clear AoE (no overload, no singularity, etc)?  I know THAT's where both these characters cause me to F up.

I love the Novaguard but damn that yell everytime you charge and nova. My balls just wanted to retract up into me and die when I learned the Batarian Vanguard got the same audio. Could they make a more unmanly sound than the one those two vanguards have?
