Nope Casey has actually done some good work the with ME trilogy (overall) and KOTOR, Uwe Boll on the other hand has done nothing good at all.

I never had any problems with the fellow. Watching his movies were always optional. He did his own thing with a very low budget. Can't fault him for that. Michael Bay is way worse, in my opinion. Giving how much resources he has to work with, and still fails.

Uwe Boll is a self-obsessed, holier-than-thou, fite-me-IRL jerkass that's been using loopholes in laws to enrich himself by making bad movies. KnossosTNC said it well when he compared him with The Producers.

 

The guy isn't just bad at making movies, he's intentionally making bad movies and exploiting laws that are meant to protect investors from going bankrupt in order to make money. And the fact that he takes it out on the public via Kickstarter, bawling on how retarded people are for not supporting him in his latest coup just shows that the guy lacks any sort of respect for his peers. We, the potential audience, are beneath him, only good for financing his Golf hobby and we should all shut up and give him our money.

And some of those people make their money by making financially successfull movies. And some of those people make movies that are actually entertaining.

You're right, he's worse than Ed Wood ever was. Ed Wood simply didn't care that he was a bad director and often had no money to work with, he made his movies because he loved to make movies.

 

... Up until the end anyway, when he went cuckoo crazy and started directing weird porn. I think he did those because he was bats**t insane by that point.
