 The 6+6 explosion is nice but it's not that much powerful than a 6+1 as long as you have the modifers on the power. So if you think you need more fitness/DR you can go deeper into those trees by foregoing warp evo 6, possibly even evo 5 but I like the debuff of that on, you could also forego evo 6 on throw it you wanted. 

 

wrt combos (Gold, properly leveled):

 

Warp 6 Throw 6: 2183 health / shields, 4366 armor / barriers

 

Warp 6 Throw 5: 2052 health / shields, 4104 armor / barriers

 

Warp 5 Throw 5: 1921 health / shields, 3842 armor / barriers

 

Warp 6 Throw 3: 1193 health / shields, 2387 armor / barrier

 

Cheating on the last rank of Throw or Warp is not too bad, but the damage will drop off fairly rapidly when you go past debuff and combo multipliers.  The 6+3's damage is mediocre even with both combo and debuff from Warp.

 

I wouldn't personally cheat there though, the return on investment for TA isn't high on this character past Rank 3 really, but Alliance Training is particularly poor since the weapon damage bonuses aren't great, and power damage bonus isn't particularly helpful.  It is possible to hit 1000N+ Throw with zero passive investment.  Normally fitness on humans isn't necessarily hugely efficient per points invested, but it has synergy with DR from TA.

Warp the goon, they don't dodge powers. Throw him when he get's close with his buddies. 

 

Basically this. The Warp>Throw combo is one of the best biotic explosions in the game if you're spec'd right.

 

Just stay on the move and use the Dragoons as mobile bombs. Warp one, then stay alive long enough to hit him with Throw. Just make sure they're grouped together. More than likely that will kill the first Dragoon, along with the second if they're close enough together, and it should damage the Phantoms as well because they usually don't dodge biotic explosions. I say usually because I've seen them flip and manage to retroactively take a single bar of damage to their barrier from a biotic explosion right next to them.

 

Because Phantom, apparently.

 

Anytime you can use another enemy as a bomb next to Phantoms is a good thing. They'll block of dodge everything you throw at them, but they rarely block or dodge a biotic explosion detonated right next to them.

 

When it's Phantoms alone, weapons are your best bet. Unfortunately they're just endlessly block and dodge Warp and Throw.
