I always thought of the NCR as being more overly bureacratic than truly corrupt. The examples of people being corrupt were just abusing the bloated and sometimes poorly mismanaged infrastructure to their advantage. No more than Caesar's forces manipulated their ideology to being complete savages to people.

Not required, honestly. One can assume adoption is going on. Then again, they probably will have the child be a matching of the two. Can't wait to see the "ugliest computer generated baby" pics.

I never understood all the debate over how corrupt the NCR is. Who cares when they are fighting what amounts to the isis of the wastes? Seems silly to me. Sure you can say the NCR is not perfect, no government is, but they do pretty well considering the circumstances.

The NCR isn't really evil. And as far as I'm concerned, is probably the best option for New Vegas. (particularly when compared to "For the Evulz" Caesar's Legion)
But it's no utopia, and is struggling with its own problems. Given how overextended they are, this could be problematic.

Honestly the factions of new vegas were the worst part for me. The whole idea of ceasers legion is idiotic. Why couldnt they have just made them extremists without the whole "lol romans brah! becuz we can" and yes, I agree the ncr kit is not much cooler(apart from rangers). I also hate the kings. yuck.

Evil choices are practically always much more contrived than good ones. And they're generally narrative dead ends in that they don't bother with conflict and resolution. It's natural that they don't get the attention 'canonical' good choices do.

I'll agree there. I just dont think they fit, I dont think any of the tribals fit. I realize this is not a common opinion but it makes no sense to me how people decide to somehow revert to living tribal style because of nukes.
Anyway enough complaining from me. Any ideas when we get some new footage? Cant believe gamescom was kept attendee only.

it makes perfect sense to me, even today in the less developed parts of the world there are people living in tribes, when you have no technology, no education and everything is trying to kill you its the only way to survive
