Well the modding community will probably release some kind of pre-made buildings for it at some point.
 
I also suspect those of us who are most excited by the house building are the ones who are going to spend a lot of time building something cool rather than just slapping tiles together and calling it a day.

I know I probably will. Already been snooping through the geometry and clutter in the shots to see what an "ideal" FO4 player house should look like. Just interested right now to see what the GECK is going to allow us to do....and if this modularization thingy is going to overly-complicate things.

My character is going to get fat before he even opens that door. I want to play around with the baby and give my wife kisses, since I know they're going to suffer a cruel and painful death.

Twig, the sole survivor. Sounds like a crazy man, which is right up my alley. Lol we can explore the ruins of the town.

My bet is that we won't be able to free play the initial scene or go out the front door. Probably going to be cut scenes that we only take control over to customize our PC. Maybe I'll be wrong. Maybe they'll open up the neighborhood to us. But not the world, for sure.

you can name the PC whatever you like however the 100 most popular names are also recorded for the robot to say

I hope we get some cool unique names. I wouldn't mind pick from the name list if other NPCs are going to call us by that name.

So i am reading an old PC gamer article, was curious about the dialogue lines etc. http://www.pcgamer.c...the-first-game/from what i can understand here is that Mass Effect 3 had in total 40000 lines of dialogue, that is the whole game. So if the PC in Fallout 4 has 13000 lines alone, that is kind of insane. Just saying! On the hype train!

. . .Pistol Whip basically just means to whack people with a pistol.

Skills appear to have been removed, there isn't a tab for them on the pip boy.

Perhaps the player had no skills at that point? Perhaps they went the skyrim route of 'training' skills through use, and since the player has no such skills yet none are featured?
