He's becoming popular, based on Internet logic that means we must hate him.  The Internet demands it, the hate makes the Internet grow.

I really wish I could get excited about Fallout 4, for its crafting system looks like something I would enjoy.  The problem is that i felt lied to about the "all new game engine" for Skyrim and had less, but still a significant number of issues with the game. I probably will eventually get Fallout 4 for it does look interesting, but at the same time I just can't bring myself to pay full price for it.

Ehhhhhh, wouldn't say that. But he's certainly one of the top dogs. I wouldn't say I hate him either? I just don't like his public persona sometimes, specifcally in regards to the Silent Hill HD Collection, where he trashed talked the original cast for wanting their due in regards to a re-release of a project they partook in but that's a whole other story and not related to this. I also didn't care about his misinterpreted understanding of a character he played (Kanji in Persona 4) when talking about him publicy, makes him come off as bit of a prat. Anyway, getting side-tracked; Point being is that a lot of his characters are starting to sound the same, and many of them are all iconic characters, it comes to a point where his voice is just getting tiresome to listen to again and again and distinquish between all the other characters he's done. It's playing it safe is what publishers and developers alike are doing instead of investing in new talent which is a shame. That is not the same thing as saying he's bad at what he does any more than Laura Bailey or Nolan North are at what they do.

Yup.  Kai Leng was an unfortunate role for him.  But in other stuff he's quite good.

And I never said it was the end of the world, it was a legitimate question. Sorry for not being a yes-man.

I have serious concerns about the voiced protagonist, but mods for it are very low on the list. It can be easily side stepped. Or maybe there will be a huge market for people out there who can impersonate the VA's voice quality.

Ya people were just reacting to changes made to the system and people see changes as bad things for some reason..... besides I'm sure someone who doesn't like the new system will mod the old one back in.

As much as I love the old Fallout games, having the ability to get up to 300% on a skill was beyond silly. A 1-10 scale of both SPECIAL attributes and skills make it much more logical, in my book. That way the path of high Int = max Skill points doesn't become a foregone conclusion.

No worries, I took his head clean off with a Sniper Rifle but he was fine for the next cut scene.

Apparently Power Armor in FO4 has its own HP value, maybe? I'm not entirely sure.

I don't dislike him. He is great as Joel in the last of us and amazing as Booker Dewitt. There are just other talented actors out there that can be used.

We only see that in that one shot. I'm thinking it may be tied to the Power Armor jet pack fuel rather than armor strength.
