Wow, these are absolutely amazing works of art.

I'm not good at making sculptures so I'll just buy my own Fallout figure.

-blah blah blah useless talk here-
Also using a sidearm for the pistol whipping, revolver preferably.
I love you.

Hair is wrong color. Eyes are wrong color(s), no glasses and she looks entirely too happy. What did you do to Roberta!?
It seems like we might be fighting the Midwest branch of the Brotherhood of Steel in Fallout 4. I think 4 is going to have a civil war between the Midwest Brotherhood of Steel and the Eastern Brotherhood of Steel.

I wonder if pistol whipping is a perk we need to learn......

Speaking of the Midwest, it was Lyons' original job to investigate what happened to them. They didn't find any trace of them, so this may be an opportunity to find out what happened.

I can see that. With Lyons having abandoned tradition to play the hero and Midwest chapter probably beeing tech hungry and affected by other things after the crash, maybe having an Alliance with the Insitute. Wow it is shaping up to have alot of Factions now. Which i really like.
Thats what mods are for, i burned Little Lamplight to the groundThat's right - Bethesda and their immortal children. No wonder the slavers pay so much for them.
I'm starting to get the strange feeling or intuition that FO4 just might be the game that kills CoD along with Star Wars Battlefront, Halo 5 and help from a few others.

Midwest BoS >>>>> Eastern BoS
If they are in the game, I better see some Hairy Deathclaws driving Hummers.

yeah i mentioned that a few pages back. the Airships would indecate the kansas chapter.
but im guessing you could aid them as well if you chose too.

Sorry, I missed the post.
I am hoping that you can choose to side with the Midwest BOS, Eastern BOS, or the Institute. I feel like I'd probably side with the Institute, because even though they have androids as slaves, the androids aren't really harmed. Meanwhile, I feel like either BOS chapter would end up taking apart a lot of androids to figure out how they work. I'd rather the androids live and endure a temporary hardship as slaves in the hopes that they would one day rise up against the Institute, then a large number of them being decommissioned.

If we're able to choose who we side with, I'll probably side with the Eastern BOS, hopefully we can try and get them allied with the Institute, which would somewhat mitigate my misgivings of killing androids, but if I cant get them to be allies, I will kill anything that gets in my way. I dont care if there are people who think androids are people. They're not, they're advanced hardware with a sophisticated software package running the show.

I subscribe to the "if it can learn and has a high intelligence, than it is valuable and wrong to kill unless in self defense" philosophy.
This game could raise many philosophical points in regards to the androids alone. Fallout 4 has so much potential XD We could all be having friendly debates on it years from now, after the game is out.
if the Midwestern BoS are actually in the game, than I'm most likely going to end up siding with them. The Hairy Deathclaws have been my boys since Tactics, and I gotta help out my boys.
That being said, if they do try ****** with the Androids, or the Midwestern BoS is Human only, than that's likely to complicate things.
Inb4 your wife survived and she is now dating a super mutant.
Srs though i am quite optimistic about this as i love the Bioware feel of the dialogue/voices protagonist and i love personal stories. The voice with the set background gives the chance to really hit those emotional moments i am expecting in game. However, the most important thing for me in games like this is the choice and consequence so as long as they handle that right i'm good.
This is Bethesda, please check your expectations for good emotional moments at the door.
New theory: The Old World you see in the prologue is a simulation produced by Vault 111's pods similar to Tranquility Lane. The goal of the experiment was seeing how someone who thought he had lived 200 years ago acted in the Wasteland.
This kind of runs into the same problem that the android theory does though. Namely, how does Cleesebot the Butler recognize the PC? Of course this could be explained away by having Cleesebot being planted by whoever planned everything.
On a side note, Fable 3 had John Cleese playing a butler, an unkillable dog, and kill animations for the dog to do. Fallout 4 has John Cleese as a butler, an unkillable dog, and kill animations for the dog. Fallout 4 is the new Fable 3! ![]()
There was also pistol whipping too.
Pistol whipping will not make up for a lack of a hardcore mode.
When Todd Howard says "we wanna focus on narrative" be either very scared or very intrigued.
Unless...
"We bought Chris Avellone for $15.000.000 to work for us."
As a self-proclaimed expert on fear I can assure you that you should be scared.

what if you only unlock hardcore mode if you pistol whip 2000 people?

Is that just a WW1/2 game, basically? ![]()
Seriously though... I think part of the novelty is seeing America destroy itself. Europe actually already did that.
Your multifunctional device is now called Pimppunk2077.

Yeah, hail BOS midweat.

true but as Fallout settings go the US is almost done, after Lonesome Road i doubt there will be a be a new game set on the west coast, FO4 might do the same for the east
what would be awesome is Fallout Hawaii
