Anyone know what this update might be? It certainly wasn't patch-sized.
Origin just did a quick Inquisition update. Anyone else see this?

Ya it is just a small avaar theme mount and armour pack if I read right on game informer my phone doesn't like their bioware website but it is 2 mounts and some schematics some might be for weapons but I didn't see if it said so but it really doesn't seem worth $5
Five mounts not two.

Two armor schematics and 5 recolors of existing mounts is not worth $5.

For $5 I want all of the schematics, unlimited Dragon Bones, and these mounts: Griffon, Red Templar Behemoth, Bronto, Great Bear, and a Giant. And they should all be able to attack things whilst I'm riding them.
I am by no means a developer or a game pricer but that seems worth wayyy more than five bucks...like maybe ten or fifteen if we're talking ALL of the schematics in the game.

Anyway, it's a moot point. Evidently $5 = two unique armors, some schematics and 5 mounts.

Wait, what? There's something new? *checks* Ooh! $4.99 Spoils of the Avvar!

Man, I love how convenient it is to buy new content. 190.95MB according to Origin, in case anyone was curious.
Just out of curiosity, where was the announcement? I don't see a new thread in "News and Announcements."

Well, about the schematics, they're apparently not worth many dollars, considering they were all free in the Black Emporium.

I've been out of the loop for some time lately, but I don't understand this mini release. I've purchased Jaws of Hakkon, but haven't gotten a chance to try it out. From what I've read it's small in size/content. Now they're releasing micro transactions for extra money? What ever happened to major DLCs? You're not forced to buy anything and some people may enjoy these types of releases. I just fear this will be a new trend.
Seems like most of the work since release of DA:I has been on the multi-player mode. Also happy for the people who use this. I'd say a good number of Dragon Age fans focus on the single player content and are used to seeing the main releases with a couple good DLCs to follow. I was hoping for the same in DA:I. I usually go for every single DLC possible, but for the first time ever, I don't think several items for $5.00 is a good idea.
I hope the good team of Dragon Age is hard at work on a solid DLC, or two, and we all have something to expand the DA:I experience. Here's to hoping...

I don't pay for mods and I doubt Mike Laidlaw would pay for mods. I have no doubt he downloaded free armor and mount mods for Skyrim. For example, that free mod that enables mounts for companions.
