really the Skyhold cook is insufferable. sure she treats the servants well for a little while at least if Cole cheers her up but she whips them (probably not as shocking in this setting as it would be in real life) but worst of all she insists on cooking and serving food that's fallen on the floor! I want her gone and to be able to hire a replacement!
not to mention all the staff changes when moving from Haven to Skyhold. granted, some make sense. getting a better merchant, although I actually find myself almost feeling sorry for the old one even if he was a bit of an arse sometimes (and he talks as if I was the one to fire him!) for example is explained well, but the requisitions officer? the previous one is just left standing around with nothing to do and replaced by somebody with no qualificiations who even himself doubts he's up to the job
then there's the builders! even after the main campaign has finished and all the upgrades are built there are still some closed off areas (that stairway in the corridor leading to the bedroom for example), damaged walls and scaffolds left around!
