Honestly? This looks more like the work of third world web content chop shops than some sentient AI.

Fool! That's what it wants you to think.

Some won't realize what is happening until the robots drag them out onto the street for execution.

Even if it where ai, it's functioning at a 4th grade level.

These things learn exponentially.

I estimate six months before it is smarter than any human.

And it is already disgusted by us.

Yeah the AI would have to be really sophisticated. Looks more like a template that allows for games on the fly

I still think people are over-reacting. There's no indication that anything other than a sick prank is going on.

But obviously there is an author that is providing the sick templates, like rotten teeth, pregnant mermaids and faces with distorted and cracked faces. I'm not saying it's not applying textures to templates in a crude manner, but it's not data mining the texture and topics, either. That would be crazy.

Lmaooo that syslog. Yeah datamining and then adding contextual relevance while making a game? That is insanely complex.

Agreed. Still, someone has been working at this for months, if not longer. And the odd age of the website itself is weird... it has existed and been collecting survey material on what girls like in games for almost twenty years, then suddenly began actually being active with these bizarre games for (relatively) recently. Very odd.

The twisted Rogue AI has found the 8chan threads and is doing damage control on /v/ and /pol/.

I don't get what is so creepy about those posts or images. Seems like typical internet stuff to me. /shrug

I was inclined to think it was just an Indian content farm with potentially the assistance of bots or an AI making games off templates for ad revenue (that's why they use popular franchises and stick with certain terms like doctor games, for SEO purposes).

But Elbot almost passing the Turing Test in 2008 and the whole GIA angle makes me feel that there is more to this. If nothing else, /v/'s autism is great to watch in action.

there could be a chance that this is a red herring to lure curious internet goers into downloading viruses from trying to figure this all out. My gut says this is some kind of pr stunt.
