I'd really like to know what's the reasoning behind such a pack.
The decor in skyhold doesn't add anything to the game. It doesn't change the opinion of random people in skyhold about the inquisition (I thought Orlesians were judging snakes?), it doesn't change their dialogue, it doesn't change approval or anything like that. There is also no reason to go back to your bedroom; the inquisitor is there mostly because of cutscenes with their lovers. The decor ist just... There.
People didn't ask for more of that, yet they decided to spent their resources on such content.
Mounts don't add anything either. Your hart isn't faster than your horse, your horse doesn't have more stamina than your dracolisk... Now we get a pack with retextures... Which don't add anything either.
The armor in this DLC is basically warpaint/mud on body (it also alters everybody's bodytype, which I find pretty weird actually), the other option looks somehow decent on females, the male version reminds me of a potato sack though.
You know, I won't even continue to complain about those two armors. I wouldn't even care about them, if they were two armos out of - let's say - ten. Thats what's so baffling to me. Everybody is whining about armors and they add just two armors? For 6 bucks?
I just don't... Understand? What's their reasoning behind this? Money? If this was a DLC pack with 10 new armors and weapons, they'd make so much more money. That is a big complaint from the community after all: the lack of good-looking, varying armor choices. They could make them inquisitor-only too, if it's too much of an effort to make them for every companion.
I could buy a whole new game for 6 bucks on steam (I'm actually going to do just that). The people in charge should really start to re-evaluate the actual profit and the quality they make.
I mean wowzers, this is a tad bit embarassing in comparison to other companies.
