Both armors are medium armors with no class, nor race restriction. You'll get three schematics for each armor (tier 1, 2 and 3) tho they will not unlock if your level is too low. (I only got tier 1 and 2 because of my level)

I haven't tried it yet, but I'd guess so. I mean you can craft your own armor, so it should be tintable. Emphasis on should.

Considering everything that isn't wolf hunt dlc existed before this pack, I doubt it was their "priority".

Yes, exactly like that.

 

The Armors & Schematics are in Special Delivery Chest, the Mounts are found at the stable and the Decor is in the Crypta in the Skyhold Customization Menu.

 

Edit: The Tier 2 and Tier 3 Schematics will unlock at the proper levels. My Lavellan got Tier 1 and 2 because he's only at Level 15, while my Level 27 Addar got Tier 1 - 3.
