Assuming the enemy factions will be similar, I was thinking about what new kind of hazards might be cool additions. Maybe it's even more like a hazard event specific to certain maps that you eventually bypass for a bit.

My first thought is a Harvester or small reaper that lands in the center of the Tuchunka map blasting away poor fools. You can try to whittle down its health through guns and powers, but the most effective way to disband it is to fight through the spawns and summon the Thresher Maw.

What other map/hazard event/solutions could be used?

I actually want new enemies. If they bring back the same enemies only then they would have been lazy or out of ideas.

Every building will be a reactor, and every door will have its own button.

Something random that could make each game on hazard maps unique and so less predictable (random changes of gravity, random spawning of enemies...).

ME4 will use the same engine as DA:I. ... ahahahaha. It's going to be a completely different game... and if they really change the setting to another galaxy, then the entire game will have only a few familiar races and weapons. If any.

Make the Claymoar an UR, that'd be extremly hazardous.

I would like hazard conditions not to be simply ignored by the enemy. Magic, one-way sand and similar garbage doesn't belong.

And make it live up to it's description too. Anyone not Krogan using it = arm fatality. Effectively turning you in a harmless decoy. ... see how fast the pugs catch on to that one.

One Hazard challenge should be being subjected to endless images of some bored Bioware employee at a desk working on a drawing and being told it's a "teaser".

Agreed. Hazard dagger with limited visibility applied to both sides might actually have offered some nice options.
