Gender is what social role I fulfill given my sex and sexual preferences, which as far as I'm aware means cisgendered for me. I don't give a single flying [self-censored to account for forum ToS, the idiom you're looking at is the historically correct version of Nuts! as per Battle of the Bulge fame] how people see me in that regard though. I'm me and whatever social norms I fit into or don't can go and catch a STD during proper catholic unprotected intercourse.

Why should I limit myself with definitions or labels? 

 

Depends. Biological definitions (sex) make sense, obviously.

 

Social definitions (gender) however are simply an evolutionary, malleable term that isn't defined by function and/or appearance, but by what current society says it should be. Such stuff is typically little more than a tool to categorize people, sadly not rarely for the purpose of alienation and/or discrimination.
