I recently did a 10WS Gold solo vs Geth and I worked my way around all the stunlock that could have possibly hit me.
On wave 11 I almost wiped because I got caught in the stunlock chain and the trauma was back.

Next time I'm playing against Geth I'm bringing AC and when I run out of rockets I'm quitting the lobby.
I don't mind Geth. Sometimes Hunters annoy me, but that's it, I don't hate the entire faction.
Rocket Troopers or Prime Drones. IDK any more which I hate worse. If I get hit by one more goddamn rocket through a solid wall, I'm going to take my toaster out back and have a discussion with it with a baseball bat. Good lord I hate that mechanic.

I hate all geth but hunters are the worst. I get my revenge against them by deploying my warlord because he's just a big middle finger to those synthetic bastards.
Does ops help with stun lock? Feels like it perks me up. Remember eating an Atlas rocket once with a nicely timed ops recently enough. Ate that rocket like a champ.
Geth wise, I mostly fear the multiple rockets to the face at once. ... I'm still recovering from them rockets that took me down instantly at the start of wave one earlier today.
There's a specific geth turret that gets me a lot more than most others. There are a few places it can go through walls, but this seems to be my very own special place.
It's this scumbag turret. On Giant. Giant-pain-in-my-arse.

Ah yes, geth stun lock. Getting gang-raped by 3-4 Husks in a corner or around a cover where you get stuck on is always a good trigger for me to punch a hole in the wall.

Honestly, I hate those more than geth.
Atleast with geth, it's a bit straight forward. If you see a hunter within 10 feet, you can atleast prepare for a stagger. If you see a prime, you invariably look around for a drone or turret. With this, it's much worse - you think you've dodged it but nope.

Or, you could play team games, so whenever you're out of rockets you can quit and rejoin with 9 new ones

Prime drones. I don't think I've accepted that they actual do something now. I seem to forget and still regard them as a harmless pet that would block missiles.
Prime Drone rocket seems to stagger everything short of a Destroyer in Devistator Mode. So I wouldn't say harmless.

LOL! I rocket raged last week because of that same @#&.... Then quit out... Then turned off the box and walked the !#&% out of the room... Angry for the next 45 minutes.

^^ That map is really specific. Also, I have ZERO problems with Geth. 2Me they are still by far the easiest faction in this game. Stun-lock and all, they dont bother me at all, ever.
Take your pick...rocket troopers shooting triple rockets to the face, Pyro's unbelievable flame length cookin' that a$$ well done, and hunters stun-locking the s**t out of you. There's a reason why Geth receives my full wraith...disrupter ammo4, Power AMPs4, AR Amps 3.
