Hi,  I like to asked is there anyway to make a mod for Kelly and Miranda sister to wear different outfit on Citadel and horizon mission?

Every time I change it the outfit is all black and it wreck the rest of game where other npc have the same outfit.   Plus there was a black rubber dress mod for ME2 and I was wondering any change for Casino mission to have the dress?

Just like the normandy crew, if you change one person, like Traynor, all of them are gonna change the outfit too.  The game, didnt have everyone with seperate meshes and textures, so if you change one person, that wears that dress, you have to change the whole game of people that wear the dress, in all the pcc files, just changing the texture and the pcc file will not work for something like this, like it would for shepard, who has her own clothes and meshes.  I hope this makes sense.  They share that mesh and texture with everyone in the game that wears it, so you can only get away with changing them if you find every pcc file with that dress mesh and change it too. even then you might have problems, you might have to make sure that if there are different LOD that you replace them as well on every pcc file.  I made a post on LOD earlier, with screenshots for the starting outfit not showing up properly.  Hope this helps!

For Kelly, my answer would be no, as her clothing mesh is referenced numerous times throughout the Dock files on multiple NPCs (you'd have to manually change her character model data in the PCC files).

For Oriana, I would say it may be possible to change her outfit via a DLC-mod (using the new techniques for custom DLC textures), but one would have to look at the files directly to make sure (plus doing so as a DLC would override any existing mods that use those same files, like my Miranda Horizon Armor mod).
